University of Benin School Fees

The University of Benin School Fees are dependent on the kind of admission you have been given. If you are an undergraduate, the University of Benin ranges from N45,000 to N75,000. For students offering Agriculture, Education, and Social Science you are required to pay an amount not more than N45,000. It is also pertinent to note that for courses like Law, Management Sciences, Science, and Engineering you are required to pay a sum not less than N75,000.

For postgraduate students, you are required to pay a sum which is dependent on your course of study. For instance, if you have an intention of furthering your education. For the school fee for a Master in Business Administration (MBA), you would be required to pay a sum of N250,000. Additionally, an MSc program costs N150,000. All in all, if you want to run a postgraduate program it is dependent on your course of study.

UNIBEN Admission Requirements

If you intend to pursue a degree at the University of Benin, here are some of the requirements you need to meet.

Undergraduates

O’level Certification:

Applicant should possess a minimum of 5 credits in an examination. This should include Mathematics and English Languages. This should be achieved at a maximum of two sittings.

JAMB Score:

Applicants should possess a minimum score of 200. This should be done at a registered UTME center.

Post UTME:

Applicants would be invited to write a Post UTME exam by the University. This Post cut-off Post UTME score would be determined by the University.

Direct Entry:

Applicants should possess a minimum of two A-level passes.

University of Benin Hostel Accommodation

The hostel facility at the University of Benin varies in terms of size and location. The University of Benin has three hostel accommodations located in the heart of the University. Here are the fees required for some of them:

Hall of Residence:

This is one of the most favorite hostels by students. This hostel accommodation fee ranges from N15,000 to N30,000 every session. This hostel accommodates only female students.

Ekenwan Campus Hostel:

This is another hostel located at the University of Benin. Depending on the room size, the fee ranges from N15,000 to N20,000 per session. This hostel accommodates only male students of the school.

NDDC Hostel:

The NDDC Hostel fees usually range from N10,000 to N20,000 every session. This hostel is located outside the University campus. It usually accommodates male students.
